The Queen's Treasures Does It Again!

When Queens Treasures began dropping instagram hints that Nellie would be joining the collection, I was a little surprised (after all, I had hoped for a slightly smaller sized Baby Carrie next). I knew I would want her because these dolls are all beautiful, and my favorite brand on the market, but I didn’t know if she would stay as Nellie. Then the idea grew on me, especially after catching some of the Little House tv reruns, and reading some of Allison Arngrim’s autobiography. The idea of a “mean girl” became pretty appealing but I hoped that she wouldn’t look too mean. When she first appeared on the website, I was sold on her expressions and excited to have a doll so different from my Ingalls sisters. Today, Nellie arrived and I am so very happy to see that she is even more fun in person! This doll, even more than Laura and Mary, really captures the character’s spirit and sense of drama. She’s beautifully made, with a hint of sass, from her flouncy skirts and pretty curls to the bows on her shoes, and her teddy bear is adorable and well made and has sold me on the idea of buying the mini teddy bear families as a gift for a new family member when she's just a bit older. We will see how my Laura reacts to Nellie's presence, but I’m in love with her!

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
