Opened this mercantile today after purchasing it a few weeks ago. I am now sorry I didn't open it earlier. It is spectacular, and is a wonderful value for the quality. Other brands can't even compare. I am extremely pleased!!!

I received this today, the packaging was great, it had great support, the wood is sturdy, the paint job is nice, it is easy to open and close the doors, it has alot of nice shelves with it, the only issue I had was some screws were loose on the entrance door I tightened them up and it is all good. I also like I can close it up if I need to store it.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
