This doll is really adorable and well made, and her hair is super soft. She has the sweetest face, just looking at her makes me smile. I’m very happy with her, and also with the fact that she can wear the 18-inch doll clothes - I prefer cloth dolls to plastic/vinyl, and it’s super fun to have one that I can dress up ^_^

I love my new Charlotte doll! She is so cute!!! Very well made! Her socks, dress and shoes are all removable!

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
