Shipping Information

Our customers are thrilled with the speed with which we ship our merchandise and the care in which we pack our products. Shipments will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of cleared payment - unless notified.

All orders are shipped from our distribution center in historic Stroudsburg, PA via FedEx, UPS, or the postal service. Please provide us with a street address if you have a post office box – as FedEx and UPS cannot ship to a post office box. Shipping charges reflected on your invoice are automatically calculated based on the weight and dimension of your purchases and your ship-to address. We do NOT make any profit on shipping.

Orders shipped via FedEx and UPS can be tracked online (www.fedex.com or www.ups.com). Please check - www.usps.com - for shipment via the Postal service. Please refer to the tracking number on the shipping email you receive. If you have not received an email - please check the spam protection on your computer.

Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge Monday-Friday for orders to the 48 contiguous states only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days.

Additional Information: All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands ship USPS Priority ($15 surcharge applies). Sorry, we cannot ship outside the USA unless as noted above.
