Damages or Returns
All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipment. Although we are experts at packing fragile items, rare occurrences of damage can occur. Please keep original packaging intact and email for claim instructions or follow the procedure on the enclosed return form you will receive. We are proud of the customer rating that we have earned.
All items in our store are FIRST QUALITY. As you can see from our pricing, we truly DO offer our products AT or BELOW wholesale. However, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of shipment date. Items returned within 30 days are eligible for an exchange or full credit excluding shipping (to the form of payment used at time of purchase).
If the return is a result of our error, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt by email or phone to receive further instructions. Returns received after 30 days of shipment date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
