Sales Tax
Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% sales tax as directed by law.
Shipping and Delivery
Our customers are thrilled with the speed with which we ship our merchandise and the care in which we pack our products. Shipments will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of cleared payment - unless notified.
All orders are shipped from our distribution center in historic Stroudsburg, PA via FedEx, UPS, or the postal service. The charges you see are the actual cost we are charge by FedEx, UPS, or USPS based on the shipment weight and box sizes of your order. We do not profit from shipping charges. Please provide us with a street address if you have a post office box – as Fedex and UPS cannot ship to a post office box. Orders shipped via Fedex or UPS can be tracked online while orders shipped via US Postal Service cannot typically be tracked.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge Monday-Friday for orders to the 48 contiguous states only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days. Two Business Days/generally additional 15.00 and Next Business Day/generally additional $25.00. Please email for a quote. Please email the items you wish to purchase and shipping address.
Additional Information: All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands ship USPS Priority ($15 surcharge applies).
Damages/Returns All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipment. Although we are experts at packing fragile items, rare occurrences of damage can occur. Please keep original packaging intact and email for claim instructions or follow the procedure on the enclosed return form you will receive. We are proud of the customer rating that we have earned.
All items in our store are FIRST QUALITY. As you can see from our pricing, we truly DO offer our products AT or BELOW wholesale. However, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of shipment date. Items returned within 30 days are eligible for an exchange or full credit excluding shipping (to the form of payment used at time of purchase).
If the return is a result of our error, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt by email or phone to receive further instructions. Returns received after 30 days of shipment date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
