Are your toys tested for safety?
Product safety is our number one concern. Testing is done on random samples from each production run of our products by a U.S. Department of Consumer Safety sanctioned independent lab. We routinely monitor any new requirements to ensure our products meet up to the minute standards.
Can your dishes be used in a microwave?
Those that state they are trimmed in gold cannot be placed in a microwave. Otherwise “zap” away
Are your kitchen items and tea ware items dishwasher safe?
They are safe for household dishwashers. However if you are using items that are gold-plated often – we do suggest hand-washing to extend the wear of the gold.
Are you dishes safe for food use?
All ceramic and porcelain items we sell that are designed for food-use (with the exception of our miniature doll tea set) is properly tested and certified to meet U.S. FDA standards. Our doll tea meets ALL us lead guidelines for toys. The size of the item requires it to be classified as a toy.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes we do! Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
How quickly will my order be processed?
We will process your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment during the business week. Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. If you need expedited shipping – please email and we’ll quote.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
PA residents pay 6% of the order total. Please note that all states require that you pay a "use tax" on items shipped from other states when their sales tax has not been collected at the time of purchase. Contact your state's department of revenue for the forms and procedures necessary to pay the tax.
Can you do Gift Shipments?
We can! We can even handwrite a special message on a gift card and enclose it.
Do you create custom floral arrangements?
We are proud to be able to offer our floral arrangements at such affordable prices. We do this by designing one piece and having our factory create a larger quantity. By doing this you can benefit from amazing prices! Therefore, unless you need over 100 pieces on an item - we cannot customize you arrangements or create items not shown on the website. If you have a need for over 100 pieces and have at least 4 months before your event – please email us details. We will certainly do our best to work with you!
Can I pick up my order – I live near the Pocono’s?
Drum roll pul-eeze………… We are proud to announce the opening of our retail showroom and new distribution center located in beautiful historic Stroudsburg. Store hours are 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. (Beginning October 1 through December 23rd ) – Saturday from 10:00am to 3:00pm. VISIT US SOON!
